there is a reason they rarely do stuff like teddy k, waco, etc. "mass shootings", as defined by lib MSM, are conducted by people with broader sociopolitical grievances.
however, if you define "mass shootings" as "shooting at people recklessly", and include smaller sociopolitical grievances like control over corner to sell drugs, suddenly blacks and browns commit a dipropionate percentage of them.
