I'm jumping on cardarine, which is a PPARδ agonist and will turn my body into a fat burning machine. Also definitely doing like 2 hours of fasted cardio every fucking day, and on the off days I am not eating at all.
Gonna be a slog, but doable |

The other thing about that study is that it ran for 2 years, on the same rats and mice. Incidence of tumors in these species at the end of two years is typically extremely high anyway, and a leading natural cause of death. Would be very nice to see several more 12 month studies.
Also, for $3 million, I think you can do it for a year. |

the biggest concern is letting your LDL go crazy with all the fat. you would need to nuke it with statins, ezetimibe, fiber and possibly a PCSK9 inhibitor. anyway, i think this deal is a no brainer. |
