But that being said, the exercise was a 3 mile walk and then a 2 mile walk on Tuesday, and then it was just trying to get my lawn mowed. I’ll be laid up probably for a week or more. My foot literally feels on fire. And it’s actually moving up my foot, so now it’s in my ankle if I apply any pressure. It’s a malignancy that started in my toe and the fires are slowly creeping up my leg, like Sherman’s march on Buckhead.

My doctor called and she's calling in prednisone for me at the pharmacy.

She told me my inflammatory markers were very high.

She said my thyroid markers were extremely low. A quick google search indicates that hypothyroidism and depression/anxiety are commonly correlated, so it makes me wonder.

She also confirmed that I have metabolic dysfunction and said that I was prediabetic.
