Used skyr, olive oil, anchovies, garlic, parmesan, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, & Worcestershire sauce to make a caesar style dressing but healthier, and it was pretty good but I don't think it makes sense over buying a jar from the store. Peeling and grating the garlic took like 20 minutes. Also I think the ingredients cost far more than an entire premade jar would. You can't beat the system anymore

if youre making for guests or a special dinner, then fine. but if its for daily use for the family, make something simpler.

I'm wary about a vinaigrette on a meat based salad. Feel like The meat soaks it all up and you eat dry ass lettuce

Skyr is sorta spendy. $9 a carton & it frequently sells out at the store and is hard to find. I'd go in big on skyr if I could.

Since it takes 20-25 mins. Which I could probably get down to 10-15 with experience. the cost of ingredients would need to be about $2.50 to "pencil out" but I think they cost more. I might look into making my own skyr but I'm sure they've patched that workaround too. You can't get one over on these fucks.
