Usually companies want to see a specific skillset applicable to the work. They aren't going to train someone on how to do the substantive aspects of the work. They want you to be already trained and just need to train you on the red tape that comes with working for that specific big company. Once you are in you are in though and can move around to other big companies at will and shit. But you'll never make much more than low 6 fig.
