A1C -- 5.7 last time I got it checked, but my piss was frothy past few months so I went in to see my PC and he said there was 156 something of sugar in my urine and that sent me a lab requisition for a metabolic panel which I'll do tomorrow.
My fasting blood sugar has only one time been over a 100, but most of the time is around 90.
Past few months have been rough and I've been eating chick fil a and mcdonalds and washing it down with a large coke nearly daily |

Glucose was 111 mg/dl
AST 20
ALT 31
When I would have protein shakes before a test my ALT would be high af at 52
don't think my A1C was being checked. but I'll look for it |

after that week, do a 3 day fast with water/coffee/salt only and switch to a low carb diet. |
