Waiters will secretly watch the manager enter their POS pw and then use it to delete entire tables that pay cash. Outright stealing bottles of liquor and wine.
The biggest druggies are the managers.
You always have front vs back of house issues.
Profit margins are so thin there is little margin for error and owners typically can’t afford a real chef’s salary so they hire a chef to design the menu and fire him as soon as the sous chef learns how to cook everything and then they promote the sous chef to head chef.
It was doomed if they were just winging this. |
