The "Fall Guy" opened way below expectations last week, and now "IF" is bombing - despite taht being the only movie IMO that had a decent advertising campaign this year.
Deadpool movie might do okay (but I think it too might slip versus previous installments). I think Twisters might do okay too. But the rest of the movies are just dreck. Inside Out 2 is supposed to be a big hit - which doesn't make sense considering its sort of a kids movie and its 9 years after the last one came out? I'm not sre how many 19 year olds are going to the theaters because they loved a movie when they were 10.
Last years movies really bombed too, but peopel forget becase of Oppenheimer (Nolan is most popular filmaker) and Barbie (there is not a movie this year with 10% of the style as Barbie had in its first trailers).
