I usually do one or more eccentric pauses as well. |

i got a good deal a long time ago on a power rack/weights/etc but the plates are sort of thin with a rounded edge and they can wobble when sat down from deadlifts or any other exercise where you put the bar down. didn't even think about it because it was a big package deal, but these plates are SPS |
