I can't think of a single thing in my life that would be better without video games
I can name countless things that would be worse without them

Video games taught me how to read - rpgs
Video games taught me human psychology - fps, most
Video games taught me how market's work and how they are manipulated - most
Video games taught me how to make friends and form bonds - irl shared screen gaming
And so much more

It has a lot of "mechanics"
Hold L2 and R2 and you're steadier at basically all times. No downsides.
Vehicles are viable af, even without a road in many places.
Once you get a hang of the BTs they won't catch you, or ruin you. You have to walk quietly and hold your breath. When they drag you around and epic battles ensue, the BTs in DS2 are damage sponges imo, but in DS1 it doesn't take much to beat them.

it doesn't work like this. people who want to strive will strive. people who don't, don't. if they weren't playing video games they'd just be doing something else instead (of striving)
striving sucks and is total flame
