I send a complaint that I filed in my state to co-counsel in Arizona and they might think it looks weird as hell. I have been litigating for well over a decade and have never used the term Ad Damnum. Never seen other lawyers use it either. Maybe because I practice in business litigation area, not PI or medmal. But it seems that I am not alone in not recognizing the term. |
