if unsecured, use it to buy gold (hide it).
default on the credit card.
credit fucked for 7 years but you just gained like $95k worth of gold that easily converts to cash
(this is not legal advice)

Assume this must be flame, but will humor you. They give you money either in a lump sum or in draws over time, you promise to pay it back, with interest, on terms as specified in the agreement. The credit line may be secured (accounts receivable, real estate, whatever) or unsecured. Interest rates will be high. If unsecured, VERY high. For example, in my area commercial lines of credit secured by real estate with post loan LTVs under 80% are prime +1%. That's 9.5% currently. Payback is interest only with typically four year balloon. There are also set up fees running several % of the credit line. Unsecured will be considerably higher. If you received this as an email or text it's probably going to be as close to usurious as it can get. Some of these places are crooked and will add in all kinds of fees and conditions. I know some venture capitalists who loan money, collect interest, get equity, and require the borrower to pay them consulting fees. Read the fine print and don't do business with an unknown entity.
