ok. i was either #2 or #3 in my contracts section and this is what i did:
1) made a 2.5 page checklist of typical issue-spotter issues based on some model answers
2) made a list of relevant UCC sections that i condensed into one or two lines of blurbs
3) made an outline of policy topics and talked about them with smarter people who knew more econ
4) practice exams
you can always study more but it's important not to spin your wheels. the analysis in chirelstein and E&E is fine and exactly at the doctrinal level you need/can use in most exams.
