Pretty sure all grocery prices will collapse 50 - 90% without EBT. Get your freezer ready for $20/lb A5 wagyu and $3/lb rack of lamb

Unironically, the people in my area buy shrimp, steak, and snow crab, but also tons of trashy snacks and frozen meals. They don't look like they have any cash, but neither do I, and I've got a couple million

EBT would need to get turned off for a while though to see any serious price impacts

We should try it. I am sure churches/family/community centers will get people that truly need help through it. If not then they can always get a job, now that work won't jeopardize their EBT
