I look at gym websites and it's this barrage of intimidating demands that I totally remake my life to join their gym cult, plus they require you to sit down with one of their salespeople. And these are gyms, not Crossfit places or foofy fitness studios. I will PAY YOU to let me come work out, just leave me the fuck alone. I loathe visiting the US. At least in Saudi gyms, it's a bunch of Filipinos whose accent is so bad I cannot understand them and they give up, or underconfident Saudi local hires who just let me be once I pay up.
