While AI patents might be enforceable, it’s still a bit of a futuristic Wild West. Imagine robots in courtrooms debating intellectual property law, but with way better diction. One AI might argue, "I invented this!" and another will counter, "Actually, I optimized it by 0.0001%!" Then, somewhere, a human judge will throw their hands in the air and ask, "Did I just lose my job to an algorithm?"
So, in short, it’s complicated. But hey, if you're banking on your AI patent saving the day... well, bless your optimistic little heart, you silly nigga.

Then why is China a poor failed state that never innovates? The central authorities can run off as many patents and "degrees" as they like, the proof is in the competition, and China always fails at everything. It's kind of okay at being manual labor in factories, shitty at farming, and that's about it.

This is pure cope. China is adopting industrial robots and automated manufacturing at the fastest pace in the world and is taking control of all kinds of high-tech fields. The West meanwhile is primarily concerned with nigger-worship.

Have you? The unbelievably rapid growth and modernization of China is obvious everywhere, and it's been particularly sharp in just the past few years.
The country has plenty of issues and problems, and their wild overreaction to Covid was a major misstep, but to look at America's trajectory and China's and conclude that America is in a stronger long-term economic position is delusional.
