1. Expedited process for deportation of those with felony convictions (maybe even the smaller group of violent felony convictions). This probably just involves ordering immigration courts to work "double time" in signing these orders and ordering ICE to 1) retrieve these people from criminal jails and/or 2) execute warrants on those at liberty whose whereabout are known. Those on the loose will remain so, until or unless they are arrested for some new crime. NONE of this is a new law or new protocol. Its just promising to enforce what the law already is.

2. Initiate some employer-verification program to make employment hard and incentivize illegals to self-deport. This obviously requires a congressional bill signed into law, and like the wall Dems in Congress have no reason to give Trump a win. GOP will need the requisite numbers to pass it despite Dems voting no, and the requisite will to support it. Both of those failed for the border wall.

After that, Vance shut up.
