Maybe eventually. I don't even know what neighborhood I'd want to live in. If I had an area in mind, I'd start thinking about using some of my retirement savings toward buying something (because you can do that with low penalties and who knows what shit's gonna be like in 30 years anyway?)

You definitely have some good options. Given your income and savings you could put a substantial amount down and the rent money you pay every month would be going to yourself in the long run plus the growth in value of the property. Also even if the house falls into disrepair the underlying land will still be worth a boatload in 30 years. I recommend staying in the city relative to the suburbs.

You can just move somewhere else and get a new house in another area and rent out your old one so someone else pays it off. I know you hate capitalism but it's an opportunity. Even cattle goyim rent out their properties to tenants all the time.

cr on using some of your retirement savings.

what is virtually certain is that your city is going to continue growing. even if you choose a neighborhood you want to move away from quickly you'll probably still make $$$ especially after accounting for the rent you otherwise would have paid.

You have no desire to ever leave your area. And if something big and life changing does occur you can eventually flip it. It might take a year but you get a realtor and shit. I mean people sell their homes. Most people do it once or twice in a life. It's not entirely illiquid.
