I heard that too but everyone is saying it was a lancet and the damage from the blast is miniscule, about what you'd expect from lancet.

Anyway lancets never stopped being effective, Russia just has better drones now. It makes sense that they'd use leftover lancets for precision strikes like this since they don't need a yuge warhead to kill the occupants.
