His purchase of Twitter singlehandedly rehabilitated the image of Trump among enough people to win him reelection, something unthinkable in the wake of Jan 6 considering the media hysteria. Simultaneously, his company creates androids and self-driving buses and taxis, spacecraft etc. Presumably he will have significant influence within the Trump administration and will use that influence to cement his vision of the future.
I understand Trump is an important political figure in history at this point, but Musk is approaching legend status. It's even better that he drives certain people insane. |
