Cat's got some bad arthritis, not sure what to do

Lately he's been fine except he doesn't want to get up and move a lot, and I know it's arthritis because he's got no other health issues. The winter weather must be doing a number on his ass. The cheap shit with wheat is terrible for cats. Also, a heating pad/bed is helpful. Beyond that go to steroids and/or pain meds.
