My main contacts for that are estate planning dudes, realtors, a title company that sends me some, and PI attorneys. there are also some county administrator type firms that send me probate related stuff that they don't want to fuck with, usually litigation related stuff |

Then one PI case in late 2020 turned things around, then I made my initial monthly revenue goal ($10k) in January 2021 which i surpassed every month after and reset my revenue goals, and never looked back |
