I tried to call one an hour away because they had an open-box for one of the high end sony oleds and I didn't want to drive all that way if they didn't have it. Even once you get through the menu to talk to someone, they're in a call center and have no ability to transfer you to the actual store. There is no way to talk to someone on the ground.
