I could not find an option to turn off hair quality entirely. Perhaps there's a config file you can manually edit, I didn't check. I tried to play it but there were literally 10 minutes of opening cut scenes. Moreover they just replay scenes from the first movie. There's no new content in these cutscenes, AT ALL.
