we bought out house in the spring, and we got several letters official looking from random insurance agents with the outside marked with stuff like IMPORTANT HOMEOWNERS RENEWAL INFORMATION. and the letters begin by saying that your HO is up for renewal.
they obviously go thru pub records databases and send these letters out to people based on the purchase dates on the deeds.
you know your HO is up for renewal in this time, so it has credibility and it's perfectly timed to trick you. sick shit.
it's ridiculous how this is allowed in amerikkka |
