Date: April 23rd, 2025 9:27 AM Author: N904PD Post ITE there were a bunch of skinny Hampton Inn/Fairfield Inn types that went up in midtown (like 40 stories high but only 5 rooms to a floor or whatever). They were decent enough. That being said NYC has basically banned New hotel construction and a lot of hotels are occupied by the homeless and/or migrants.
Anyway stayed here 12 years ago, so no idea if it's a shithole now. Looks like its like 400 dollars a night this weekend lol, but 300 for a weekend in May.
