The worst "boss" I've had knew so little to where he would constantly dismiss feasible solutions, or insist we solve an irrelevant issue using some convoluted crackpot idea he got from Claude 5min ago with zero perspective on what the proposed implementation would actually entail.
Just be a high IQ project manager and expert resource for your team. Eliminate useless processes and orchestrate your underlings as a symphony to maximize value-adding deliverables for stakeholders. |
