Then I was called in 10 days later and they were like what’s wrong with you? You’ve been wearing a suit to work and you seem down and unstable. Then they put me on leave for an indefinite term. Instead of going to work while I was on “leave” I just worked from home and went to a lawyer and I had a psychiatrist write a vague letter saying I was under his care. After about 8 weeks of this going on, they let me come back to work, but even then I would get harassed and warned about silly things like responding to email with the wrong tone. That firm has gone out of business. |
