So could easily do 200+ shifts per year, whereas living in usa I only do 122night shifts plus occasional extra 5pm-9pm or 8pm-1am moonlighting. I do some extra work on days off at the same hourly rate but the most I can do is extra 50shifts of 4-5hrs. If I worked days I could in fact work 200total shifts of 10hrs.
