i did when i was in my 20's. was never huge, but bench was 185 for reps and i was top heavy enough to look big behind a podium. covid closing the gyms and extended sickness were a double tap on that. i bought a power rack for my house about a year ago but still haven't gotten a routine down. because i'm a lethargic faggot now.
the T part is a self-worsening cycle, man. lower T -> not wanting to lift -> plateauing T. i do want to break out of it. maybe this spring is finally the fucking time.
