Just got a $1,512.42 ER Bill that I can't afford to pay. Guess what back says?

I could not walk. I could not work. I was in excrutiating pain and my knee was all swollen and what not. I did go to the ER. They did do a bunch of unnecessary tests. They did give me some morphine and some crutches and a perscription for a strong NSAID for my inflammation. They told me that I should follow up with my PCP (I don't have one and didn't) and maybe they would recommend going to see a Rheumatologist. All these medical people do is recommend you go see another kind of doctor. It's all a joke to them. I guess I needed the crutches but I could have gotten those for $32 at CVS. |

I went to see some DO a few years ago who was all like, I'm a great whole person doctor and I love family medicine blah blah blah Bitch sent me to the phlebotomist every single time I was in there. Because I was fasting, I was ususally dehydrated and low on electrolytes so my veins were collapsed. They'd always take blood from my hands, and it would hurt like hell and bruise, and the blood would come out slow and super dark like burned coffee. None of those blood panels ever showed anything except for elevated white blood cell counts. She accused me of having gout, but then my uric acid panel was NORMAL AF. |

When they cash it, I’ll print it out and send a letter explaining why I dispute the balance and providing a copy of the check via certified letter to the other PO Box. Then, if they want to reject the check and send it back they can. It’s either 90 days or 120 days in my state. And, I will have complied by sending the check to the right address, so I’m acting in good faith. My guess is that that time will come and go and that there will be nothing they can do about it. he has posted about how he does some borderline sovereign citizen bullshit on all his family's medical bills where he makes some notation on a check for like 1% of the amount that says 'negotiated and paid in full' or something. this apparently creates some kind of legal challenge when they start trying to collect the debt and he has been able to get them to abandon the claim. so basically he has been committing actual fraud on healthcare providers (thereby helping raise your costs) by never paying for his little brat brood's endless visits to the ER -- which is where he takes his family for routine medical care, just like the illegal immigrants who never intend to pay a dime.
he's pissed because the the separate PO box and language on the mailing preempt his usual scam. he's angry that he can't fleece the hospital for treating his fatboy pains. |
