But you haven’t eaten enough across the levant to argue that those cultures are not simply better at it than anyone else. And by better I mean in terms of technique, types of meat used, spices, add-ins into the meat mixture, etc.
You’re essentially saying “tacos are not an ethnic cuisine” since literally everyone throws meat in between flat breads and eats it with sauce. |
