Date: December 11th, 2025 8:12 PM Author: fragrant chartreuse bbw some people recommend a thing called kava for helping with post-alcoholism jitteriness and anxiety it's not great for your liver (but better than alcohol) but it can help keep you in one place during the day. i had a friend who managed his detox with that way back and he reported positive things about the experience if you're a palate guy regular tea has a lot to offer for filling that niche where you want to be drinking something that isn't water and can occupy your mind for half an hour. i have no experience with alcoholism and can't comment on it directly |
