I've heard they are "drone surrounded" on the south, so any withdrawal would be costly. But that's obviously not the same as being surrounded-surrounded. If Trump were right, we'd already have seen pics of large Ukrainian units surrendering- the only ones I saw turned out to be old video from Mariupol. |
