If you are a law student working at a legal clinic stop using your palm pre when doing any clinic work. The Pre periodically uploads detailed information about the user to Palm, including the names of installed apps, application usage (and crashes), as well as GPS coordinates. I would wager that Apple's TOS includes similar language to Palm's. |

Besides teh crash dumps it has scheduled logs sent to a palm server specifically set up for that purpose. It uploads your GPS coordinates daily along with the app use data (what you've used and for how long). Palm maintains it has the right to indefinitely collect, process, store and share this information. there is no vagueness about it.
