As a stretching program I think yoga is beneficial - but there is a reason the "spiritual" aspects of it are banned in many Islamic countries.
It also is worth mentioning that the physical/practical aspects can be easily separated from the "spiritual" practice of yoga - which to me is a clear indication that it can be corruptible and manipulated by satanic influence.
Kundalini Yoga is the biggest example of this satanic influence - taken to an extreme - it is basically a satanic cult past the most superficial layers and a recent innovation within the last century. Past the basic stretching there is chanting, dressing in all white, false idols, crystals, money siphoning - all of this is cult behavior.
