Put it in a closet and forgot about it. I sometimes keep extra bottles of supplements in this closet so ran out of my normal iodine supplement (less than 1 mg, like 200mcg) one day, saw the potassium iodide in there and grabbed it with out looking at the label. They're both Now brand and in identical containers. I'd mindlessly reorder the iodide from Amazon when I ran out. Been doing this for a year until I finally figured it out last night. How fucked is my thyroid? I feel fine fwiw |
