By “antisemites” I mean people who criticize Israel.

It’s strange that I don’t feel hatred for antisemites. I utterly despise their worldview; their ideology and their callous disregard for human empathy or decency or Truth itself. I fight against what I believe to be true evil that has taken over their hearts. But I don’t hate them.

Even after witnessing the handiwork of Jew hatred on October 7th, 2023. Even after countless fascist “demonstrations” of theirs have taken over cities across the world. Even after antisemitism brought ruin to my personal life. I just don’t have it in me to hate.

It almost feels like a weakness. The enemies of the Good are willing to go to lengths to achieve their abhorrent goals that I myself am not. They are willing to lie about anyone and anything if it furthers their aim of a Jew-free world; up to and including defaming the former POTUS as ‘Genocide Joe’. If given the opportunity, I’m sure a good number are already radicalized enough to participate in pogroms. And I am willing to physically defend my Jewish friends if the need ever arises.

But I would never, ever, EVER think to physically hurt someone for simply existing as themselves. I do not understand how people can be that way. Maybe I am too soft to survive in a harsher world like the one we live in now. Why can’t we all just get along? Why must it be this way?
