I tried to log into my computer this morning to capture something before sending everything back I am thankful I downloaded my SF 50 and performance plan well I mean I printed them a month ago I have zero access to email zero access to 365. Said I’m gonna buy last night on team hopefully they see it this morning. This is so heartbreaking. I am also glad I forwarded the termination letter to my personal email. Not only is my performance plan fully satisfactory we all followed instructions from our director to submit our five bullet points yesterday.
“Unfortunately, the Agency finds that your performance has not met the burden to demonstrate that your further employment at the Agency would be in the public interest. For this reason, the Agency informs you that the Agency is removing you from your position with the Agency and the federal civil service effective February 24, 2025.”
THAT IS A DIRECT COPY AND PASTE FROM THE EMAIL YES THEY SAID AGENCEY THAT MANY TIMES.
