corporal punishment will now be exempted from assault and manslaughter laws if it is carried out against current/former employees AND contractors for bona fide misconduct or rulebreaking, which may be determined by a panel within the corporation itself.
how would this change the workplace? punishments must be formally recorded and signed off by a compliance officer. ie, no ad hoc or informal punishments.
