Tyler Englander @TylerEnglander Per The New York Times, there are discussions among congressional Democrats about still trying to implement a new congressional map in Virginia despite the Supreme Court of Virginia’s ruling.
That process could include lowering the retirement age of Supreme Court justices and trying to invalidate the constitutional amendment that created Virginia’s bipartisan redistricting commission.
