if you're the one doing the work (very few people do the work) your only option is to grind your dick off until you make as much money as you think you deserve. you should be jumping jobs every 2 or 3 years until you get the title and salary you want. if yuo stay put you will be cornered into being the guy that does the work who gets minimal annual salary increases. |
