Once you are addicted to nicotine, you start to have more anxiety and stress, not less. This is because your brain will need it to satisfy cravings and you will create less dopamine naturally. You’ll have less energy overall and it’s just another drug that is real tough to quit.
when i quit i was very tired all the time. my resting heart rate dropped like 15 points. i drank a ton of coffee for a week or two, and then i was fine. in retrospect, i dont think zyn is worth it. just a nasty habit. i dont think its as harmless as many manosphere bros like to pretend it is
TIP: find some oral lozenge you like, and when you get the zyn urge, use one of those. |
