Date: November 6th, 2024 5:59 AM Author: jafar (election) The doctors are generally just the exhausted middlemen and they end up taking the brunt of punitive legal action that should really be directed at the pharmaceutical/"behavioral sciences" corporations (+the private equity and investment firms that determine their directions) responsible for this sort of thing Very similar situation to the Sackler affair & the Adderall/Vyvanse lawsuits. Targeting the medical professionals who by and large do not call the shots outside of their practices (and in these times, not even within them. Healthcare management corporations have been buying up individual practices a la Blackrock & RE left and right since the Obama era) just encourages more anti-patient nonsense like mandated arbitration as well as higher healthcare prices foisted onto the consumer from legal action---legal action that hits smaller independently owned practices especially hard and forces entrepreneurs to seek cover under the centralized umbrella of healthcare provider chains and Wall Street controlled practice groups It sounds like Saturday morning cartoon villain stuff but some cabal of people somewhere in a board room has decided "We're doing Transgender and we're going to make an industry out of it." Those are the people who need to be identified and appropriately punished, otherwise you're just penalizing the henchmen while ignoring the actual economically incentivized locus of the issue |

Date: November 6th, 2024 5:25 AM Author: jafar (election) I know and there is a truly immense and insane amount of coercion going on with the BIGPHARMA transgender pipeline and it is very reminiscent of BIGMED's treatment of American children in the 90s/00s/today regarding the pushing of dangerous psychiatric medications. The lineage of the issue is long standing and very clear on who the bad actors are pushing this stuff (the cultural "swamp" created with these Progressive beliefs is downstream of more simplistic profit motives & Mammon) This is an inevitability with the way that these particular industries treat (and have always treated, afaik) the nation's children as profit vectors & lab rats for the int'l/EU markets by using the public school system as a vehicle to push its prescriptive tendrils into young minds and for all of his other faults this is a reason I am very happy to see a guy like RFK involved in the future DHHS |
