Their popularity precludes the success of any others - the numbers have already been accrued and the networks established. That was my takeaway. And then there's the overall dearth of inspiration in design, the lack of satisfying gameplay, the expansive open worlds that fail to titillate - but that's all been covered ad nauseam. |
