Most Russiacucks would misread that map to mean something. 100% of Ukrainecucks would read it that way too, since 100% of them are that stupid.
In reality that map means nothing because you can't run steady supply lines out there. At best the map indicates that Russia might be establishing supply lines out there. It's flat out stupid to think this map or the verbiage attached to it imply any territory was "gained" or whatever.
Also supply lines are the only thing that matter. Just keep pushing dem supply lines out so you can keep forces well supplied as they move up there. As long as the supply lines are defended you can keep your war machine running. Who cares about "territory" unless it's territory you can use to supply troops? |

We can all agree that in the short term territorial gains dont matter, all that matters is relative attrition. But in the long run if russia stays at current territory, ukraine may well muster enough strength to sever the surovikin line. So long as the political will remains they only have to get lucky once. I dont think it will happen. But a lot of people seem to.
Russia needs to push ukraine over the dnieper, but at this rate it will take. Century. At some point, territory DOES matter.
But its not clear relative attrition actually flavors russia. I dont think either side is actually certain but both are betting bigly on it. |
