Date: December 22nd, 2025 12:48 AM Author: Slippery Shrine I’ve been in goof around drink beer and jam once in a while bands. It’s fun and has its place. Usually, you end up stagnating with the same sloppy set list and playing hour sets in empty bars where youre expected to bring the audience.
I’m trying something more serious. Weekly rehearsals and all paid legit gigs. It’s possible I burn out but so far I’m enjoying it. Also, without a female lead singer, you’ll be very limited by the vocal range of your male lead. |

Date: January 1st, 2026 2:16 AM Author: Slippery Shrine Show was a huge hit. About 200 people showed up and were dancing and going wild. Huge rush. Better than any drug. Couple mistakes that I fixed and no one other than the drummer noticed. Couple members of the band told me separately how much they love my playing. Felt really good.
