I used to charge car batteries by throwing a copper wire over the electrified wire above NJTransit tracks. It's dangerous and risky, but you can rapidly charge multiple power banks in a few minutes. I once charged a tesla in 10 minutes this way. Of course, I also wired in a dissipating resistor in series just to be safe.
