XO Kidmos: Thoughts Prole Are Country Grandma Nanny

Date: January 31st, 2025 2:42 PM Author: ...,,..;...,,..,..,...,,,;.., interviewed a prole grandma (actually a great-grandma at like 65). born and raised here in are country, and just sounds really prole and has visible tattoos on both her arms, and has an eyelid ring. wears a cross.
she was really nice and sweet and engaged with the kids the entire time during the interview, and seemed really comfortable with them. she said how she's a big kid at heart, and said she's not like other nannies who just sit on their phone and she barely uses her phone. also said she's against tv time bc she thinks its bad for the kids. said she hates disney bc of they stuff in it nowadays.
in some ways, despite being prole, she's got good traditional judeo-christian values.
she's only wanting $15/hr. said she's on SSI and that covers her living expenses, and wants a job so she had spending cash for fun and this will cover her fun expenses.
i think she could be really good with the kids, but is it a bad influence to have someone so prole with them? |

my dad would be our nanny, but my mom wont let him. she makes him do nonsense busywork during the day. they take the kids out 2 evenings a week, and all morning both saturday and sunday, so they do a ton as it is. |
