the door wasn't propped open and there were no housekeeping carts in the vicinity, which is why i'm leaning towards the room key theory. i guess someone could have just been bringing them up from the car, but then all the six packs being partly consumed and still cold wouldn't really make sense.

should i get wasted on this random eclectic selection of mismatched booze in honor of TT's reappearance on xo? should i be concerned that maybe my neighbor will come back, find his booze missing and presume it was the guy next door who swiped them? it's a fairly nice hotel so i'm sure there's cameras in the hall, but i don't think the beers or the doors would be visible since the rooms are set-back slightly from the rest of the hallway, like in most hotels, and the assortment was sitting *literally* like a millimeter in front of my neighbor's door. even if he does come back and suspects i swiped the stash the cops or hotel staff can't just come into my room and demand to search my fridge without any evidence that i actually took them, right?
